Dean's role within the John Holland Group as the General Manager, Technical Services for the Engineering | Technology | Innovation Group sees him charged with overseeing all aspects of Technical Services within the business, this role engages Dean across multiple Business Groups reporting to the Executive General Manager, whilst directly liaising with Market Influencers, Supply Chain, Design Consultants and Clients. In a strategic business capacity, Dean's primary responsibilities revolve around supporting the Business through the provision of SME’s in Façade Management | Technology & Automation | Commissioning Management & Specialist ME&I Estimators to underpin the development of a sustainable & robust pipeline of opportunities, whilst influencing operational excellence in respect to driving Innovation & Technological Solutions in the multi-national sectors where we operate. Dean maintains strong working relationships with consulting engineers along with National/International suppliers whilst continuing to forge and maintain successful relationships with clients to ensure our customers are assured of certainty in project delivery. Drawing on over 30 years’ experience in management, and on challenging projects in an Operational & Strategic capacity gives Dean the confidence to apply his capabilities to cover all aspects of Strategic Direction | Project Design | Strategic Procurement | Delivery and Management of Process & Policy. Dean is employed by John Holland Group as the National Manager, Technical & Building Services for the Building Business Group charged with overseeing all aspects of Technical & Building Services Strategic Direction, this role engages Dean across multiple Business Region's reporting to the Group General Manager, whilst directly liaising with market influencers, supply chain, Design Consultants and Clients. In a strategic business capacity, Dean's primary responsibilities revolve around supporting the Building Business by participating in the development of a sustainable & robust pipeline of opportunities, whilst influencing operational excellence in respect to driving innovation via delivery through the Regional Business's throughout Australia and SE Asia. Dean maintains strong working relationships with consulting engineers along with National/International suppliers whilst continuing to forge and maintain successful relationships with clients to ensure our customers are assured of certainty in project delivery. Drawing on over 25 years experience on challenging projects in an Operational & Strategic capacity gives Dean the confidence to apply his capabilities to cover all aspects of Strategic Direction | Project Design | Strategic Procurement / Delivery and Management of Process & Policy.
