• Providing strategic oversight for 12 Pan Am venues across 4 municipalities to safeguard over 7,000 athletes and officials, 20,000 volunteers, and thousands of spectators; • Lead strategic level operational risk management and issue resolution across 12 venues. • Planning and managing service level agreements between over 40 TO2015 functional areas and the Integrated Security Unit for the Games, which was comprised of 9 Police Services of Jurisdiction (approximately 4000 Police Officers) and contracted private security personnel (approximately 8000 guards); • Managing loss prevention/asset protection and “Field of Play Security” 12 venues and facilities to be implemented by 3 contracted private security companies; • Managing quality control and operational oversight for dispatched contracted security personnel across 12 venue and TO2015 facilities; • Lead internal reviews of and alignment with over 30 departments’ asset protection security service needs for over $125 million worth of company and partner assets at TO2015 venues.

Manage all special events involving the Royal Canadian Air Force personnel and aircraft in Ontario. - Managed a regional $5 million special events budget designated for aircraft and personnel; emphasized lowest costs for all projects to ensure maximum participation and event exposure. - Represented Canada in a 22 Nation, 250,000 person military exercise off the coast of Hawaii. - Planned flights and deconflicted airspace, ensuring safety was a priority while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. - Managed the air portion of major public events with viewership in excess of 100,000 people including: The Canadian International Airshow, Canadian National Exhibition, Honda Indy, and Grey Cup - Managed stakeholder accounts at the Municipal, Provincial and Federal level, as well as vendors and venues across Ontario to ensure flawless event execution.
