Provide strong senior program leadership to a 12-member team, supporting the development and delivery of marketing, social collaboration, training, integration, and security programs and projects. Design and facilitate targeted training in chemistry, electronics, mechanics, and robotics to hardware engineers, charged with maintaining and troubleshooting multi-million dollar capital equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Develop and manage all aspects of daily operations for leading-edge telepresence training. Drove the development and deployment of a leading-edge collaboration program, including the incorporation and adoption of gamification.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS* Captured $5.8 million in savings by leading the design, development, and launch of a remote telepresence training system designed to educated foreign students in current, high-level technical material, during a global economic downturn.* Partnered with a cross-functional team in implementing an enterprise software security suite across a 7,000 person organization, allowing security trimming on a case-by-case basis of foreign trade restricted data, the install and configure of digital rights management, and access restrictions to intellectual property for authorized personnel only. * Cut licensing fees $100,000 per year by leading the design and implementation of a web-based parts finder application within a global semiconductor service organization.* Developed two separate brands for a global semiconductor service organization,resulting in a significant increase in engineer collaboration and enabling faster customer solutions.* Increased employee engagement and morale by developing and deploying a rewards and recognition system to enhance collaboration company-wide, and build a high-performing infrastructure.* Teamed with company leaders in integrating three multi-billion dollar companies, over four years, subsequent to two separate corporate mergers.
