I am mostly a people's person and I thrive and excel in challenging circumstances. I strongly believe that all persons can exceed their potential in the right environment and under the right leader. Its only a matter of bringing out the individual's strengths, which a leader ought to do.My strong points include a very deep understanding of the business and commercial side of the technological buzzwords in vogue today. I have the ability of BRINGING TOGETHER all the different disparate areas that impact an IT project and show them relative to each other..how they impact.My long term objective includes creating the perfect 'Information System' which works all the time delivering what business wants.In the short term I want to exploit existing technologies to create a harmonious system which delivers greater value as a single system compared to the sum of parts that would have come individually. I am very strong votary of open source technologies and I am sure the day is not far when commercial organisations will see value in open source.
