 Partner across business divisions to develop and execute strategy for setting and achieving science-based carbon emission reduction targets for Walgreens Boots Alliance’s global operations, and support efforts to reduce single-use plastic in our owned brand product packaging among other sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives.  Influence external environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings and rankings through engagement with stakeholders, including but not limited to: MSCI; S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment; ISS; Refinitiv; Bloomberg ESG; Sustainalytics; StateStreet R-FactorTM. One example of successful engagement resulted in Walgreens Boots Alliance being named to the Dow Jones North America Sustainability Index for the first time in 2020. Contribute and support annual CSR reporting in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) framework. Advise future reporting including Task Force for Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. Manage third party assurance process for select CSR data, GRI Standards and SASB activity metrics enterprise wide.

 Responsible for authoring and publishing award-winning annual sustainability report and completing all investor questionnaires and survey requests.  Managed third party assurance process for select safety and environmental data. Collaborated across business divisions and functions to implement processes for measuring and reporting on a quarterly basis to senior executives our progress toward achieving 2020 sustainability innovation, environmental and diversity & inclusion goals.
