My role was to help my boss with the various tasks she needed done. I would put together power points of research based on information needed for new or current clients. I was responsible for her calendar, maintaining updated records, and confidentiality. If she needed someone to help book a hotel or flights, that was me. At the same time I acted as her Nanny for two kids and House Manager.

I am responsible for customer retention. It is my duty to instill the value in Protection 1 Security Services to new and tenured customers. I had to get to the root of the problem, and the reason that the customer wanted to cancel. From there, I would have to use my creative genes to come up with a solution that would best work for them, individually. The solutions would mostly involve contract renegotiation, as well as system upgrades, and additional equipment sales.

From the creation of the sale, to the billing of the final installation, I am responsible for coordinating all incoming sales from many different departments. I keep a coded schedule for all installations and must coordinate based on estimated hours, drive time, and location. I am responsible for ensuring that all estimated completed dates are met before month end. I also generate reports on a daily basis to provide a daily forecast of estimated monthly revenue as to meet monthly sales budgets.

I was responsible for maintaining a strong and consistent vocal performance while traveling with the band. I was also responsible for all of the bands social media and was able to assist in doubling the band's fan base in less than 1 year. I was responsible for generating traffic to the band's Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages.

I was responsible for all of the company's social media as well as generating traffic to the company website. I was responsible for booking clients, making sure all proper documents were obtained, writing treatments, and assisting the director on set.
