Started in the aviation industry in the field of Sales & Marketing upon switching his career as an HR Officer in 1998, his 20+ years in the travel industry gave him vast exposure in Airline Management, Aircraft Acquisition, Crew Training, Aircraft Maintenance Management, Sales & Marketing, Business and Route Development, Airport and Ground Operations, Contract Negotiations, Client/Competition Analysis, Internal/External auditing.Started and steered King Air FBO Inc. in 2010, a Philippine based Ground handling company and held the position of President and General Manager until it has partnered with Transnational Diversified group and renamed it as Transnational Aviation Support Services (TASS) in September 2016, and served as General Manager for the new joint Venture. He was Member of The Steering Committee for ISO Certification both for Seair, Inc. and Corporate Air, Inc. in their pursuit for Excellence.On March of 2017, he spearheaded the conversion of Royal Air Charter Service Inc. a domestic 135 operator and successfully launch its first commercial flight in less than a year after re-fleeting program and company acquisition. Obtained its CPCN for Regular Domestic and Regional Carrier. A feat that was made possible by team effort and determination.In February 2020, tapped to be the CEO of the airline company (SEAIR) who has given him the exposure in the aviation industry to share his experience and leadership skills obtained.

In 2012, the aviation community seen the birth and success of the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) operations, Tiger Air, one of the major operator in Southeast Asia bought into Seair to expand their LCC operations which was later on acquired by Cebu Pacific and now operates under the trade name of Cebgo.SEAir International has relaunched as a separate entity with a return to servicing its Boracay and Palawan destinations and is based at Clark International Airport. SEAIR-I also has established cargo interline agreements with fellow Clark locators Qatar Airways and Emirates. Daily cargo runs between Clark and Cebu are now operated using SEAIR-I’s B737-200 and with the new addition B737-300, the only airline in the country using a dedicated freighter jet aircraft.
