I've spent more than 20 years in senior Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing roles, mainly within start-ups and scale-ups covering a range of B2B and D2C businesses. Since 2013, I've been in the founding teams at Pact Coffee and Permutive, devising and leading the growth strategies which took both companies from Seed stage to successful Series A and beyond.I've been very fortunate to hire and manage some exceptional people whilst building high performing teams, constantly learning as a manager and leader along the way.
