• Maintain the global Systems Center Configuration Manager 2007 infrastructure which includes over 4000 desktops and servers

• Designed and managed a successful Windows 7 and Office 2010 rollout globally to over 3000 workstations, completed project ahead of schedule.
• Package various applications using AdminStudio and distribute worldwide utilizing Configuration Manager 2007/Configuration Manager 2012
• Responsible for researching, analyzing, procuring, configuring, packaging, testing, and deployment of all applications used globally
• Implement and maintain an effective patch management system utilizing Configuration Manager 2007 to keep both Server and Desktop OS deployments up to date and safe from exploitation

Manage the Desktop Infrastructure and Design Team at Allen & Overy LLP. Manage a team of 6 designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining the Global Desktop Infrastructure.Currently deploying Systems Center Configuration Manager 2007 globally.

• Brought in to correct difficulties and NDS problems with a major Windows 2000 Upgrade, Netware 5.1, NDPS, IP Only, and Zenworks 3.2 MSI Packaging/Scripting rollout affecting several thousand users and 10,000 students
• Installed Netware 5.1 on all new servers and replaced old servers ranging from Netware 4.1 to Netware 5.0, including E-directory 8.5 and all associated service packs
• Managed the Windows 2000 desktop build and rollout of over 5000 machines using Zenworks Imaging
• Planned and redesigned the NDS tree and partition strategies to maximize efficiency of the NDS tree which had 25 servers and 14,000 users

• Lead the Infrastructure/Design team advising on future strategies and current support and maintenance issues from the backend to the desktop builds
• Design all application packages for Windows NT 4/Windows 2000 laptop/desktop, and rollout with ZenWorks (desktop) and Afaria (http://www.afaria.com/) (laptop). Design and maintain the Netware 5.1 NDS tree/Windows NT.
