CurrentProvide strategic program design, implementation, and technical support in the areas of green building, energy-efficiency, and distributed generation. Current / past clients include: US Green Building Council, Canada Green Building Council, The BER, Southface Energy Institute, Perfect Power Institute, Enterprise Community Partners.Sample project: LEED for Homes & LEED for Homes Mid-rise programs, US Green Building Council - assist in development and refinement of technical criteria and program business / delivery model; create and maintain program implementation and program tracking tools; perform project certification and energy model review services.Sample project: Perfect Power Institute - assist in the development of the PEER program, as well as the creation of LEED Pilot Credit designed to encourage procurement and generation of clean and efficient electric power.Sample project (while sub-contracted to JHA): Green Communities Offset Fund, Enterprise Community Partners - assist in the design and implementation of a national voluntary carbon offset program designed to raise funds to green affordable housing; develop associated accounting and monitoring protocols; provide technical support to offset buyers and sellers.
