I am a Mechanical Engineer with over six years of experience in production, quality, and process improvement. I work as a Quality Engineer at TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES Pvt. Ltd, a leading Japanese sanitary ware industry, where I handle the assembly and packing line, manage parts inventory and inspection, and oversee production-dispatch operations.I have successfully implemented and maintained ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 documentation and audits, as well as process improvement, productivity improvement, Kaizen improvement, and 5S Implementation at the departmental level. I have also prepared Standard Operating Procedures and provided training to ensure proper implementation. One of my most significant achievements was helping my company obtain the Integrated Management System (IMS) certification in 2017, aligning with the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 standards. My goal is to work in a reputed company where I can enhance my skills and contribute to the organization.
