Managed fully integrated teams of geoscientists comprising of geophysicists, geologist, geometic experts in support of the business units and asset teams in the region with strong focus on value creation and realization. Geophysical acquisition team successfully managed and acquired the first deep water CSEM data in the region. The fully dedicated in-house seismic processing team continued to enhance depth imaging results of highly complex Sabah in-board data whilst 'true amplitude' and 4D processing of the Central Luconia and deep water out-board data contributed to the success of QI studies. The QI team successfully developed a work flow that fostered tight integration of seismic amplitude (from pre- and post-stack data), high resolution seismic velocity, stratigraphy / geological data, and well info. Integrated work flow adopted by geometic team with active participation from the geophysical teams greatly improved the quality and accuracy of shallow hazard data acquisition, processing and interpretation. The geology lab, and the stratigraphers ensured geological data is fully integrated in QI analysis.

Introduced and implemented Gulf of Mexico 4D campaigns. Conducted 5 4D marine acquisition projects over a period of 2 years. Planned for, and procured the installation of a LoFS pilot OBC cable. Built up and ramped up internal capabilities in closed-the-loop 4D work flow, i.e. 4D feasibility studies, planning, acquisition, processing, interpretation, 4D AVO, static and dynamic modeling, and history matching.

Managed geophysics and subsurface IT teams, with full accountability for all seismic acquisition operations, data processing, and provision of subsurface IT software applications and infrastructure, as well as seismic and subsurface data management. Main achievements were: - operated one of the region's most advanced in-house processing centers at the time, with internal processing capability matching, if not exceeding, major contractor centers.- Conducted all marine seismic operations safely and achieving or exceeding technical objectives.- consolidated and updated all seismic storage media to one that was most advanced for the time with robotic storage, retrieval and database system.- improved internal capability for OBC PP and PS processing and imaging so that OBC projects could be fully processed from field tapes.

Team Lead and Supervise onshore and offshore seismic acquisition (East China Sea) and data processing in local processing centers. Received recognition and award from corporate head quarters for achieving million man-hours without loss time incidents.
