In my career spanning close to 3 decades in Apollo Hospitals, I have spearheaded several functions including Hospital Operations, Projects Commissioning and heading Business Units. I am currently serving as a Cluster Head, commanding the operations of 2 Business Units, being accountable for operations profitability, sales/marketing, strategic planning and stakeholder management. In my long tenure, I have received several commendations from the top management. I have been the point person in commissioning new projects, close to 11 – 9 in India and 2 at international locations. I excel in building relationships with the medical fraternity to recruit and retain talent for the facility. Being a Lean Six Sigma qualified, I have enunciated several process improvement measures, that brought forth visible improvements in operational efficiency. As a P/L Head, I am successful in driving measures that curtail cost and improves revenue generation opportunities. In my previous tenure I have started business units from scratch and achieved full occupancy in record time.
