I work as a Corporate Account Manager for BMW Park Lane. I am responsible for the management of some of the UK's major Leasing companies on behalf of BMW Park Lane and MINI. I also manage large corporate customer end users based in the UK. I am trained in the quote to delivery process including quotations using the BMW SA3 system, order placement, specification confirmations, vehicle deliveries and test drive arrangments. I am also trained in vehicle taxation and invoicing giving me the ability to manage a clients order from test drive and quoting to delivery and payment while keeping complete ownership of the process. I specialise in product knowledge of BMW and MINI.

Office based support for Account Management Team of Account Managers and Directors. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, preparing presentations, analysing data, reporting, contract creation and general knowledge across the business and building relationships.
