Kingsley has a professional background in climate change, technology, and sustainability consulting. His experience spans work with diverse stakeholders, including public, private, and intergovernmental organizations, to align their operations and human capital strategy with the Paris Agreement energy transition goals. Most recently, he worked in Ernst & Young's consulting practice, driving sustainability and ESG initiatives for a range of clients. Beyond consulting, Kingsley has worked in the technology practice of the development division of a leading global alternative asset manager. He is passionate about using legal tools to leverage public and private finance flows to support sustainable economic development and a climate-secure future. Kingsley holds a business management degree and a master's in public policy and global affairs focused on climate finance and sustainable development, and he is completing a Juris Doctor.
