I enter invoices into Microsoft F&O, do payroll in Workday, pull reports from Aloha, Maestro, ForeUp, enter IJ's into Excel, do my all around best to account for our day to day operations in the hospitality industry.

I'm the Accounting Assistant for Rize based out Iron Mountain, MI. I help with our day to day bill entry, ACH payment entries, check payments, document filing, vendor correspondence and logistics between our branches.

I help organize existing files (both physically and digitally via scans), help with drafting documents (pleadings/correspondence), compile exhibit lists for trial, research City, County and State Records. I talk to clients via e-mail/phone and then help figure out what they need/schedule meetings/follow up telephone conferences accordingly. I help draft Estate Planning related documents (Trusts, Wills, HCPOA, etc.), organize said documents and then put them together for meetings with clients. Create/maintain lists, charts, and amortization schedules in Excel. Keep detailed records of clients/upcoming class or event dates for Calendars/reminders in GMail, Outlook and Practice Master (Legal Bookkeeping software). Enter/keep track of customers, invoicing, deposit checks within QuickBooks.

Worked on inserting via A, E & FPS Machines, machines which insert printed out mailers into envelopes at speeds between 6,000-9,000/hour. Worked in Continuous Print using Océ Printer(s). Learned many aspects of the Print Mail department.

Inspected properties, both interior and exterior as well as wrote up field reports/photographed key points for the listing(s).

Pulled plastic, embossed credit cards, checked tipping, kept count, printed placeholders for cards, ran printers/mailers that then attached cards to the placeholders and placed them in envelopes to be mailed.
