After starting Capita as a Case Handler in April 2019, in September 2019 I was handed the opportunity to become a Senior Case Handler within the company which requires a higher level of productivity and quality within the role. This role includes conducting the full end to end investigation of multiple cases, liaising with the customers. It also includes being able to data gather relevant evidence from the systems provided to ensure the correct outcomes for the client and customers.

I started working for Capita as a Case Handler in April 2019 after a successful interview period. It was my first full time employment opportunity since graduating from university. The role included managing multiple customer complaints/cases, correctly data gathering relevant information for the case using the systems provided, being able to communicate responsibly and in a professional manner with customers.

I joined the No curfew team on the sales and promotion team, which included being productive in the office using online promotion strategies for our upcoming events but also, delegating other team members to go out to different student areas with small tasks to complete. Tasks such as; handing out flyers and selling tickets around student halls and accommodations as that was our target audience. This led to me gaining experience in social networking and headhunting.

I also worked closely alongside the managers in the marketing team for 21 degrees digital, which is a digital technology media agency specialising in marketing media coverage and products for companies. Also personal events such as conferences and weddings. Working for 21 degrees digital gave me a new insight into the media industry as, it taught me how to create and present new ideas but also use my own initative.
