* Manage the activities of the Sales and Marketing team, Production Support Team, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Implementation Specialists and Web team.* Develop an overall marketing plan that includes new marketing opportunities for NIPR products and services using market data, market research, studies, surveys, demographics, and sales data, reflective of competitor information, budget data, marketing goals and potential promotional opportunities.* Responsible for NIPR's sales strategies such as product distribution, marketing to producers, improvement of client loyalty.* Oversees the preparation and execution of NIPR exhibits at tradeshows and other events.* Collaborates with management team to implement solutions to support the marketing activities and initiatives of Authorized Business Partner's and Industry.* Prepares pricing proposals, sales and marketing reports, and other information for NIPR's Executive Director and the NIPR Board of Directors.* Oversees marketing events and supervises Sales Executive staff to ensure the mission and vision of NIPR are being represented.* Oversees activities related to NIPR branding efforts.* Responsible for the preparation and approval of NIPR news releases, articles, annual report and other media events.* Understands and fosters division-wide process improvement initiatives by identifying and overseeing the pioneering of new procedures, best practices and appropriate support technologies.
