With over 17 years senior HR and leadership experience, I have built a wealth of knowledge in contemporary people and culture practices across both private and public sector and across the retail, fitness and telecommunications industries. A current member of the Fitness & Lifestyle Group's ANZ Executive Team, my role as Head of People & Culture for FLG is to drive strategic P&C initiatives across the broader business of over 6,600+ employees and to partner with FLG business leaders to execute the Group People Strategy. This includes our largest brands, Goodlife Health Clubs and Fitness First, in addition to a network of boutique and convenience segmented brands such as Barry's Bootcamp, Zap Fitness 24/7, Jetts Australia & Jetts New Zealand, and Loup; an emerging leader in the global digital health marketplace. I have an amazing team of Business Partners, Advisors and Administrators who manage complex case file and industrial relations matters, coach and develop leaders in effective and robust people management, and help drive proactive and meaningful people initiatives that make a genuine impact to the business's EBITDA bottom line.
