*Sales, Marketing & Business Development.*Responsible for dealing with our Existing International Customers from quoting them price till material reach their warehouse. *Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.*Studying market of the company products as compared to other companies.*Assisting seniors in daily activities.*Assisting the customer & distributor from the initiation to the development stage and further.*Preparation of Presentation on regular basis. *Purchasing of Merchant Product for trading purpose. *Meeting the existing customers & new clients for business development. *Handle the queries and issues of the customers and resolve them very effectively and Maintaining complaint data and keep track of it. *Preparing MIS report and Sales Forecast on regular basis. *Analysis of existing and new product range from market data. *Managing Distributor / Agent and supervising their performance. *Coordinating between the Technical department and Customer for catering customer’s exact requirement.*Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely export shipments.*Knowledge of making Pre- Shipment documents & Post Shipment documents.*Preparing Outstanding Reports and following up with customer for the Payment.*Market Research & Data Analysis on Monthly basis. *Preparation of MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

* The job profile includes mainly Coordinating with supplier outside of India and communicating with them on daily bases as per the organization requirement. * Prepare Purchase order for spares and machine and forward it to supplier. * Prepare Proforma Invoice and forward to International Customer.* Coordinate with customers for the documents, payments, any problem they facing while there container coming. * Coordinate with Logistic person for freight and shipment of consignment and same with supplier. * Preparation of file and taking care of all documents. * Handled HR position for while and even Handled Advertisement part. * Data Entries in SAP. * Supervising marketing executive activities as neutral person. * Preparing and Handling master formats of customer list and help in other activities when needed. * Coordination with customer / suppliers for spares and machine query or requirement.* Help in exhibition for sending invitation mail and thanks mail. * Preparing International quotation for international clients and coordinate with international Marketing executive. * Handling Export Inquiry and searching prospective clients.
