-Planned and successfully conducted a cosplay event for the international women’s day-Imparted training for the new executive members on their roles and responsibilities-Educated the content writer and the general secretary on writing formal emails and publication contents.-Conducted workshop on good and bad touch to 25 students under 12 years of age of Manobik Pathhshala school and donated school items.

-Gained experience in legal, women, and children's department -Actively involved in advocacy Strategies on teenage pregnancy for children's divisionInnovative ideas were brought for advocacy strategies through social media, media and news houses, institutions, and community platforms to create awareness and knowledge on teenage pregnancy.Analyzed and submitted a case analysis linking human Rights law on the topic of Women's or girls’ rights is also a Human Rights for the legal department.Acquired the skills and assimilated the roles of case manager by attending the four days long case manager training programs in the Bumthang district under the women’s division.Achieved the certificate on completion of four days training program on “Gender-based violence case management” which was conducted from 6th-9th September 2021 conducted by NCWC and UNICEF.

-Ensured meetings are effectively organized and minute.-Connected the members and executive boards with the mission of the club -Planned the virtual club activities and came up with innovative ideas to use social media platforms like making series/ episodes of the event conducted.

-Ensured proper allocation of money to carry out the club stated aims and objectives of the event.-Monitored and posted to all the club's social media outlets. Promoted the club through social media and collaborated with the Chinese learning club and service-learning and community engagement.

Educated 71 students in English subjects (speaking, writing, and grammar).Improved their English speaking and grammar structure and as well as assisting in personal development skills.Developed and structured good English for students which was clearly shown in the assessment.

-Educated 20 students in reading across discipline course at Asian university for women -Recommended various methods to find and write a thesis, main idea and topic sentences, and other topics-Ensured the students had a better understanding of the topic before the ending of the teaching session.

-Gave counseling to almost 20 students for their career development and higher secondary education.-Designed and developed a new way for co-curricular and cultural activities for the music carnival. -Imparted knowledge to about 70 students in grades 3 to 4 in math, science, and English subjects.
