Trained in Foil, Saber, and stage combat. In 2016, I negotiated with the Canterbury School's officials to add fencing to the athletic department as a club sport with the support of the Southwest Florida Fencing Academy. Since then, I’ve served as the assistant coach - teaching, training, and mentoring the younger students. In addition to skills and techniques, I’ve also taught my students good sportsmanship and teamwork. I’ve helped coach Canterbury’s Y-10 and Y-12 fencing teams to win 1st place against three other schools in Southwest Florida in 2019, and I’ve coached the students who’ve been working with me for 4+ years in their individual events.
