I am a seasoned professional with a passion for education and environmental conservation. With a wealth of expertise gained through practice and mentorship, I have honed my skills in leadership and achieved outstanding results throughout my career.I lead dynamic teams and manage a scholarship program supporting over 400 scholars annually, an infrastructure program supporting 27 schools, a digital literacy program offering sophisticated technology integration techniques, and capacity building programs for all stakeholders involved in the education of over 9,000 learners. I have a keen eye for efficiency in program delivery, consistently delivering outstanding outcomes.My line of work has exposed me to strategic planning, and I have participated in the development of strategic plans for different institutions, mostly NGOs. I have also gained significant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and participated in the development of MEL frameworks and Theory of Change for complex programs.I have a wealth of experience in fundraising and donor stewardship, as well as proposal development, grant cycle management and donor reporting. I am a strong communicator and a passionate storyteller.I have vast experience working with partners ranging from government, NGO and private sector partners in program delivery and resource mobilization.
