I enjoy a good study on social media trends, conversion rate optimization and a thorough brainstorm session on how to increase reach. I love content, crafting messages and sneaking in calls to action. Aesthetics and brand creation are of utmost importance. Overall business strategy, planning, execution, leadership, team building and accountability are where I thrive. Most recently, I've been able to pour myself into agency life and learn the tricky art of B2B lead gen. It's been a challenge -- but an invigorating one that has given me the opportunity to learn an entirely new channel of marketing.But more than business, I love people. My greatest sense of fulfillment comes in hiring, creating teams, mentoring and helping employees progress.
