Responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable department and the day-to-day activities. Also responsible for the Deduction team and making sure the analysts are disputing invalid charges. Research, develop, and implement procedures to reduce the number of outstanding accounts. Maintain working knowledge of current credit and collection legal requirements. Implement processes and policies to ensure accurate invoicing. Improve communications and follow-ups for outstanding and delinquent accounts.

I handled all Accounts Receivable duties for Enkei, invoicing and applying cash flows. I also balanced ourbank reconciliations every month-end and created journal entries when needed. I maintained all of our BU income statements for our Jacksonville location and did all the balance sheets. I also forecasted payments each month to be received.

I was the leader of a group of cash analysts whom I assisted with all store issues. I handled the journal entries and reconciliations for our banks, lottery, and other miscellaneous accounts at the end of every month. I also assisted with all the customer service issues.

My job duties included reconciling stores’ accounts day to day in the AR and AP departments such as credit cards, gift cards, money orders, lottery, etc. I also did the month-end reconciliations to make sure the accounts were balanced.
