I am a Database Manager and I guide my team to meet the agreed SLAs with the customer. I guide teams working on SAP ASE/IQ & SRS for various reputed clients as a Subject Matter Expert. I solve problems using my creativity and take complete ownership to accomplish work, train my team and guide them on technical concepts to enable efficiency and performance. I successfully lead teams of L1, L2 & L3 associates while guiding them in consulting projects for database migration, database upgrade, database tuning, SAP heterogeneous and homogenous database replication configuration, tuning & sustenance.I leverage modern technology to identify gaps and enhance efficiencies and use automation to enhance database management. One of my recent achievements was where I identified over 40 L0/L1/L2 daily mundane tasks performed by team and got them automated, in collaboration with different teams. This resulted in saving more than 2,000 man hours in a month and enabled team to focus more on L3 tasks at Cloud4c. I love the challenge in providing solutions during outages and especially in a situation where SLAs are to be met. With my operational and technical analysis mastery, I am able to solve database issues while minimizing work disruption. I am an accomplished troubleshooter, and excel at analyzing a problem’s root cause, with a goal of providing a permanent solution rather than an in the moment solution. My uniqueness is in the approach I take to challenging situations and identifying the root cause in a quick manner, leveraging my knowledge of the database internals, I provide effective solutions for 9 out of 10 issues.I have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Electronics & Tele-Communications from the North Maharashtra University.
