Key Deliverables/Responsibilities:• Developed business specific business integrated planning process incorporating principles of S&OP to continue to move the business forward with respect to both short-term demand control and long-term planning options. • Oversaw planning and execution of fulfillment network expansion projects for both east and west coast.• Supported the business with steady responses to overcome critical supply issues both domestically and globally. Exceeded 95% in-stock status target for the entire year (2020).• Reduced excess inventory liability by 6M units for a cost savings of $12M.• Identified gaps and provided solutions to close said gaps between supply and demand planning models improving the overall marketing/growth marketing planning capabilities. • Expanded team to include oversight for logistics.
