Kinthi Sturtevant is a subject matter expert on leadership development, culture and organizational change. She is an experienced facilitator, educator and advisor, and now offers actionable change programs, leadership coaching, conference organization and speaking engagements through The Maw Sturtevant Group (est. 2015). Kinthi launched the business following more than 30 years in diverse executive level roles, working internally and externally with Fortune 500 companies in the United States and abroad to develop and deliver large scale strategic transformation programs.Kinthi’s career includes 20 years of management experience spanning several industries, including medical technology, pharmaceuticals, travel and transportation, consumer products and retail merchandising. A former longtime IBM executive, and an Associate Partner at PwC prior to IBM, her experience includes deep expertise partnering with global leaders, leading transformation programs from design to implementation, including product development and sourcing, sales capability building, culture change, organization design, change program design and execution, strategy and leadership development. Recently, Kinthi was a founding member of the Executive Council on Organizational Change for The Conference Board as part of her frequent speaking/presenting efforts.A true believer in continuing education, Kinthi has obtained professional certificates in Executive/Business Coaching, Advanced Organizational Change Management and Managing Technical Professionals from NYU, Harvard and MIT respectively. She also holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University’s Teachers College, a BA in Psychology from Yale, and an AAS in Marketing and Merchandising from FIT.
