I am leading DOPASI Foundation - a non-profit organization that aims to empower people affected by tuberculosis (TB) and promote a human rights-based approach to TB response. With more than 13 years of experience in public health programmatic management and research, I have developed a deep understanding of TB control and am passionate about improving health outcomes for marginalized communities.I hold an ACCA from the UK, a Master of Science in Development Studies from the University of London, and a Master of Global Health from the University of Milan. I have also completed a course on Global Health Diplomacy from the Geneva Graduate Institute. I have led research studies using cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence for TB and COVID screening, and have published multiple papers and reports on TB and related issues. I am currently leading programmatic interventions at DOPASI Foundation and serving as the secretarial lead for Stop TB Partnership, Pakistan, as well as the group of TB Survivors and the recently established End TB Parliamentary Caucus in Pakistan. Additionally, I am committed to enhancing TB case notification through the private sector, including pharmacies and mobile applications, and have developed and evaluated various mobile applications to support TB treatment.
