Responsible for every aspect of the lifecycle of our SDKs and hybrid solutions (React Native, Flutter, Unity, Xamarin, Cordova) as well as our internal apps.My contributions span across the board from mentoring other developers, aiding the technical growth of team and extra-team members, hiring the people in my team, facilitating meetings for multiple teams and monitoring their processes (during my tenure as Scrum master) as well as organising our CI/CD and following all the phases of development and delivery of our product.As a result our team has risen through the years from a 4% impact on company revenue to 18%, we pioneered a new market (Unity) for our company signing historically major deals, we helped our teams (Support and Sales) providing them with showcasing apps and technical knowledge of the product which improved their workflow and the collaboration with our team.I’m following all the phases of development and delivery of our product, shaping its architecture, writing tests, setting up continuous integration and improving the overall process.I covered the Scrum Master position for 1.5 years, helping multiple teams tweaking their work flow and facilitating internal discussions to improve team cohesion and process quality. I hired my whole team and coached its members in coding and general development/collaboration good practices.
