Current• Responsible for billing knowledge of 50 support representatives across three continents• Creating training material for on-boarding new support representatives• Identifying gaps and recommend course of action for process improvement• Producing quarterly reports indicating pain points• Handling billing escalations and negotiating intricate issues for B2B customers• Leading retention efforts having acquired in-depth knowledge of all company products• Handling the German speaking market localisation projects for the SurveyMonkey site, marketing material and help resources• Sourcing and Recruitment: Reviewing German candidate CVs, qualifying candidates, evaluating language tests and conducting interviews in English and German during hiring process.
