I have freelanced in the professional concert industry for more than 20 years, but have played instruments for over 35 years. As a professional I found myself mixing live concerts, but as times have changed I have found myself dipping into other areas of event production. This lead me to start a small sound and lighting company called Athens Sound where I could outlet all of these skills into one production management avenue. I spent more time off the stage advancing every detail of a performance than I do actually in the venue in some cases to make sure everything goes right for the artists, the clients, and the most importantly the audience. Like all good employment, this started off as a hobby and became a life. Now I have taken on a new hobby in the field of digital photo manipulation and web design. I'm not the best out there, but I did take a class to fuse the technical aspects with my artist nature.Currently you can find me working events for Yacht Rock Revue and Athens Sound. I have a clean work history, substance free and am documented to travel as needed.

I'm not trying to compete with the larger companies, but I can provide excellent audio and lighting for your smaller event. I don't have a huge inventory of gear to store so my expenses are cheaper and I always pass those savings to the client. I have sound systems that will serve events up to 1000 people or I can rent you something for your intimate gathering.This motto was inspired by the American Arts and Crafts and movement. Craftsmen and women looked for the perfect marriage of Form and Functionality in their art. That is to stay that their creations should be both visually stunning, yet usable. I have adapted that mind set into the field of event production but I take your art and combine it with my craft to give the client the best experience we can as a team.
