As the Projects Team Leader, I am responsible for planning, executing and promoting activities that a project undertakes. I encourage my team to take active roles and find ways to add value to our customers. As a Team, We are dedicated to Customer Service, Follow thru, Relationships and helping our Customers grow their business. Since 2016, we have grown our business each year and continue to build value to our Customers and Vendors. We are setting the standard in our region for customer service, going the extra mile and helping customers build and diversify their business. As a current member of the IEA Board, I am helping to shape the electrical industry and have a heads up into the future to build Platt's business. I also reside on the IEA Awards Committee, helping to shape our awards market, and help recognize our Vendors, Distributors, Contractors and employees. Daily, I come to work with an upbeat and positive attitude. I have created my own position in my role, I do not believe a Projects Team Leader should be strapped to a desk, I want to be personable with my customers. I make it a priority to go on calls with my salesman, branch managers or myself to build and maintain relationships.
