• Integrated 1000 personnel divided into 10 teams developing training requirements and plans. Training was completed and recognized as a complete success by management when implemented into action.

• Managed team of 70 personnel and 2 team leads with over $90k budget. Spearheaded all travel and equipment requirements for team resulting in team being awarded national recognized honors.
• Instructed over 110 courses, managing 500 hours of courseware and leading to over 70 successful training exercises. Prepared over 30 team members for positions to organize and lead their own teams.
• Evaluated and improved integration and installation of new $100M system on U.S. Air Force airplane. Increased safety of crewmembers allowing for increased support of multinational team members in contested locations.
• Executed large group relocation to new operating location, which included the movement of 10 tons of material and 85 personnel. Streamlined movement of group saving the company over $160k.

• Supervised 15-member team of subject matter experts on revision of outdated directives. Resulted in innovative processes preparing client for multi-national integration and an increase in effectiveness.
• Facilitated planning and execution exercise for multiple companies and specialties divided into multiple teams. Over 90 personnel effectively trained and are now ready to integrate outside controlled environment.
• Led 18-member team spearheading training of 370+ organizations from multiple nations and companies. All organizations prepared for integrating operations in the challenging international community.
