CurrentKip made her debut in the public relations arena by leading a landmark beauty promotion for Yardley of London. Partnering with Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton, this campaign was among the first to introduce the concept of the “supermodel.”After a number of successful years with Yardley, Kip transitioned from public relations into publishing, first joining Mademoiselle as West Coast Editor and then moving to Teen Magazine as Promotions and Beauty Editor. Her affinity for PR led her to join David Mirisch Enterprises in Los Angeles, where she represented fashion, beauty, entertainment and corporate clients before founding her own agency in the 80’s.With the acumen and spirit of a PR pro, Kip has successfully orchestrated a number of exclusive events.
