I am a Technology Consultant at SAP Ariba, where I help clients define and implement IT strategies, architectures, and transformation plans. I have a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering and Informatics from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Management from the same university. My core competencies include technical support, customer service management, and customer support.In my previous role as a Commerce Support Engineer at SAP Ariba, I was responsible for providing post-deployment support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance. I started as an intern in 2018, and progressed to an associate and then an engineer position. I have acquired multiple certifications in programming, C#, and English language proficiency. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving problems, and delivering value to customers. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have lived and worked in different countries and cultures, and speak three languages. I am also a former barista, and I enjoy making and drinking coffee.
