Responsible for branding, marketing, and public relations initiatives for the consultancy’s global network, including overseeing worldwide communications strategy, content development, and media relations across 11 offices in six countries; manage internal and external corporate messaging to support company reputation and increase employee engagement; oversee corporate thought leadership platforms to help drive business development efforts and achieve business results; develop and execute corporate communications plans; manage global communications budget, including oversight of sponsorships, awards, and events programs.

Responsible for agency reputation management, including overseeing communications initiatives across 40 offices in 28 countries; lead corporate communications and public relations teams; oversee internal and external efforts to raise agency awareness and enhance images of senior executive leadership; and promote agency work to the media and to industry awards programs.

Responsible for Association editorial, publishing, and marketing communications; oversaw development of Association Web site and digital communications platforms; created cohesive messages and strategies for internal and external corporate communications; liaised with Association departments to executive communications initiatives, including management of content across Web properties, promotion and programming of conferences and special events, development of executive communications, and administration of Association awards programs.

Responsible for editing daily Web news and monthly feature articles; managed editorial staff in three regional offices; oversaw publication production, layout and art direction; edited white papers and annual "Business Case for Diversity"; member of launch team that created print edition of DiversityInc magazine.
