I currently work at Integrated Facility Services as a Human Resources Specialist, where I am the point of contact for all HR needs. My role includes onboarding, job postings, recruiting, managing conflict resolution and handling questions and concerns for employees and clients.

I worked for Goodwill Industries International as a Human Resources Coordinator, where I helped with onboarding new hires as well as facilitating the HR process for employee health and welfare plans, payroll issues and administrative tasks.

I worked as an Administrative Office Specialist for an apartment/condo complex in the Kaimuki area, where I am in charge of reservations, coordination with maintenance, vendors and contractors, along with any other administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running.

During my time with Honolulu Community College I coordinated with different departments and helped keep track of inventory, budget and schedules, purchasing and reimbursements. I also handled daily office and clerical duties.

My work with Kumabe involved various administrative roles including project management, where I would respond to customer calls, manage client expectations & communicate to the restoration team, as well as digital records management, indexing banking communications and files and general workflow automation. These roles involve intense computer use and proficiency in common software as well as learning and adapting to programs specific to the fields and offices involved. They required the ability to document, schedule and track jobs, and to work with timelines and budgets.

My job with the emergency management non-profit group KLEAN involved maintaining the agency website (klean hawaii.org), writing articles, blog posts and announcements, coordinating between various stakeholders in the Kapolei area and recording and disseminating the notes and minutes of each monthly meeting.

For over nine years I worked for Arnold’s Beach Bar and their sister location King’s Pub. During that time I performed as a soloist and with various bands, I helped to plan events and shows, create and distribute advertising and media between venues and promoters, and coordinate with staff and performers.

I worked in the main office of an art gallery that did consulting for architects, designers, developers, and individuals, where I was in charge of company web design, network security, data entry and art sales. I created a new database to streamline sales, program planning and implementation.
