Kip Voytek is a Senior Digital Strategist (STC) at World Bank Group. He possess expertise in digital marketing, user experience, digital strategy, creative direction, digital media and 26 more skills. For about a year and a half, Kip and I shared an office, where he acted as much more than a co-worker to me. In many ways Kip acted like a mentor, primarily because while he so smart and so knowledgeable, he also has the rare ability to empathize with people, to listen and be open to new ideas, to be humble, and to see through all of the bullsh-t to the core of any problem. He helped me hone those skills in myself.
