As a banker with M&T I am the point of contact to service customers and assist with their accounts. I assist customers with accounts such as checking, savings, home equity, installment loans, IRA, debit cards, and credit cards. When customers call, we assist them with making payments and providing options on how to make payments, provide payoffs, verify checks/transactions, assist with issues on their cards, replace cards, order checks, lock in rates, and advise on vehicle lien releases and titles. As a banker I use my active listening skills to listen to the customers concerns in order to provide options and solutions as well as offer other products.

As Rite Aid transitioned into Walgreens I also processed check, cash and card transactions, completed Western Union transactions, stocked and reset shelves, completed and sealed deposits, counted registers, completed inventory, scan in vendors, unload and put away warehouse truck
