BlueFletch makes mobile apps that solve business problems. In my time there, I worked as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and UX Designer. My specialties include leading large, diverse groups to equitable decisions, producing well-articulated requirements and acceptance criteria, advocating for user-centric design, bringing the energy that is required to guide and motivate a team, and tailoring my management style to the needs of individual engineers and team members. CrowdVested was the first Georgia-based company to offer a platform to crowdfund commercial real estate. Due to the Invest Georgia Exemption, non-accredited investors can now invest in their communities and profit from the real estate industry. I helped to market this opportunity and educate Georgia citizens about projects they could invest in.

I worked as a "Jill-of-all-trades," focusing my efforts on market research, business analysis and marketing efforts. This included being the company liaison for the marketing firm for a video advertising project, working with the CEO to prepare documents for board presentations and clients, and analysis of company performance from SQL database records.

I supervised 40 employees to produce and ship 200,000 cases of beer per shift. I coordinated shift staffing, continuously assessed production risks and cost variables, and served as the first point of contact for the entire brewery on the off-shifts. I advanced to this job ~3 years ahead of schedule in an unprecedented promotional move.

I completed a 10-month management program, with rotations in marketing, sales, brewery operations and corporate policy. I helped develop the Natural Light 2013 College Marketing Plan and shadowed sales employees at the distribution level. My primary brewery project was programming a visual basic tool that integrated with RSLogix to monitor real-time production material loss. The capstone project for the program was ideating, brewing and developing a marketing plan for a new beer- this plan was presented to the senior management team of the North American Zone.

I worked with a project management team to check bridge design compliance, conduct project organization and administer contract oversight with project management consultants. I also reviewed the current NYC DOT consultant contract, outlining suggestions to improve the document.

I organized social events for Stanford graduate students, developing community and devising ways to relieve them of the stress of their high-pressure lives.

I worked on-site in Devcon's project management trailer. I processed and researched requests for information (RFI) and submittals. I also reviewed plans and conducted an analysis on the trends in the RFI life cycle.

I constructed a proposal for F + P on how to reduce their carbon footprint. This included an analysis of the current flight behaviors of F + P and specific suggestions for flight-reducing tools, such as screen-sharing software and video conference equipment.

I worked at North America's best summer camp for girls. I lead canoe trips of six people, paddling and portaging though the Canadian wilderness. I concentrated especial effort on developing my campers' sense of well-being and inspiring them seek personal achievement.
