Balanced is a virtual platform promising community, joy, and a personalized fitness experience.I teach Breathe & Stretch, a yoga-inspired class cultivating mindfulness and body awareness to increase flexibility, stability and strength.

Produce, co-write and perform in an award wining comedic web series called Living Thru the Lens. I oversee all elements of production from start to finish: writing the episodes, hiring and managing crew and cast, working with the editor, as well as managing our social media presence and press. New digital series and several short films currently in development.

Seleni is a nonprofit organization that provides clinical care, online information, and research funding for women's reproductive and maternal mental health. As an Executive Assistant, I directly support our Executive Director. I assist with a wide range of public programming and fundraising events in addition to calendaring, making travel arrangements and preparing research briefs for the Executive Director.

CPNY fosters creativity and communication skills in young children through theater games. I led Drama and Musical Theater classes for children ages 3-7 in an after-school and summer camp setting.

Taught Drama, Improv and Playwriting classes at underserved New York City high schools to foster leadership and teamwork skills. Developed and directed the students in their showcase presentations.
