Oversee and develop all aspects of upstream post production operations and workflow - both creative and technical - from the moment cameras stop rolling throughout editorial into initial stages of finishing for petabytes of state of the art 18k+ content. Act as a key representative of that content and process to the studio and all partners. Supervise the creation and delivery of the equivalent of dozens of special venue large format films on a daily basis and the dozens of people that make it possible. Track the arrival, processing, and delivery of thousands of assets from and to many multiple parallel streams and build the tools to do it. Find creative solutions to extreme logistical and technical challenges.

Developed and executed post production workflow for feature film Renee. Duties included transcoding Red and Cannon 5d files, creating and organizing Final Cut project files, syncing, cutting demo sequences and elements of final sequences, setting up and maintaining editorial workstations and local network, administering backup of all important data. Also responsible for daily project cleanup, location or creation of temp sfx, preparing reels, tracking/integrating vfx, and prepping for conform.
