My most recent role was a counseling interning with Childhaven, a nonprofit organization that works towards fostering a connection with children who have faced trauma and adversity.As a counseling intern, I formed therapeutic relationships with children of all ages and work with them to discuss hard emotions, establish coping skills, and build resilience. My goal is to be a support to children while they navigate early life; to help them build a foundation that can guide them to lifelong health and well-being.
