I am currently an IT Manager for the Mancos Public Library and an Assistant Director for the Montezuma School to Farm Project with over nine years experience in IT, three years experience as a public educator, and many prior positions in non-profit administration. In the nonprofit realm, I have current and prior professional experience in project management, grantwriting, fundraising, and volunteer coordination. I have also provided tech support for Apple, Android, and Windows systems, as well as basic A/V support. I have managed a tech budget of ~$25,000, as well as Office 365, GSuite, Confluence, numerous ticketing systems, VoIP phones, and Fortinet/Cisco networking. I have also created branding with Adobe Creative Cloud, managed social media through Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and designed and maintained websites with Wordpress and Wix. I love ensuring that my team and all the staff members and patrons that I work for feel confident, educated, and supported in their technological needs by designing classes, documentation, and tutorials, and by providing regular access to one-on-one training. I am also constantly striving to increase my own knowledge base through regular professional development opportunities.I most recently finished my Google IT Support Certificate, and a Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate through Meta. I am currently focusing on training in project management and online marketing for nonprofits.
