My job responsibilities as a hostess at Sushi Brokers included greeting customers as they enter the restaurant, taking and managing reservations, efficiently controlling the waiting list, answering phone calls to the restaurant and being prepared to answer any questions the customers may have. I was also in charge of preparing to-go orders and knowing everything on the menu well.

My job responsibilities at the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess included ensuring guests had an enjoyable and safe experience while attending the Christmas at the Princess and Winter at the Princess events. Atthe Christmas at the Princess event I interacted with children in order for them to feel immersed in theexperience of meeting Santa Claus by talking with them and keeping them engaged while waiting in lineor helping them to write letters to Santa before and after their experience. In this position I was also ableto help guests navigate through checking in to the experience online and purchasing tickets. During theWinter at the Princess event, I was able to ensure the guests adhered to safety guidelines while on thecarnival rides. I helped direct the crowds in order to keep the lines moving quickly therefore allowingguests to get the most out of their time at the event.

My job responsibilities at American Eagle included organizing merchandise in a way that made it easy for customers to locate anything they might need. I worked at the cash register and checked out guests after they had finished their shopping experience. I was able to work under pressure of long lines and busy crowds. While I worked on the merchandise floor, I was able to evaluate the needs of guests and help them to find anything they were looking for. I also assisted in the dressing rooms, helping customers to find the clothing sizes and styles that fits them best.
