As a Clinical Pharmacist at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, I provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to critically ill patients in the Surgical and Neuro Intensive Care Units. With over 20 years of hospital experience and board certifications in Pharmacotherapy and Medication Therapy Management, I have developed a strong expertise in drug safety, medication management, drug information, and topical medication.My mission is to optimize patient outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning. I conceptualize, develop, and implement clinical programs that address the specific needs of my patient population, such as anticoagulation, sedation, and pain management. I also review, analyze, and interpret scientific literature to provide medical information and education to all team members, including physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists. I am a critical thinker and problem solver who strives to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care.
