My responsibilities as a Project Manager included:- Coordinating joint actions between three regional chambers of agriculture and European partners, using digital collaboration tools.- Organising a digital European Green Week partner event called "Towards a FABulous CAP," using video conferencing and other remote collaboration tools. The event was simultaneously translated into three EU languages. This virtual event attracted around 200 participants from 27 different countries.- Designing a plan to create a digital marketplace(a website) to fund agroecological practices.- Finding investors to finance agro-ecological practices using social media and online fundraising platforms.- Preparing and organising a partner meeting in France.- Co-authoring an EU Policy Paper on agroecology that leveraged data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to policymakers.
