Employed on a part-time basis. My multi-tasked role predominantly resides in the outpatient day rehab department. Task involves:- Managing the phone switch across the day rehab department- Provide admin support by effectively administrating patient bookings, registration, health fund checks, estimations, patient information verification, admissions, and discharges. - Work in partnership with members of a multidisciplinary team assisting therapists, nurses, and other staff in providing exceptional care/service, providing feedback to the treating professional on the patient’s performance/status, participating in team meetings, and raising any questions or concerns related to patient care to create an experience that makes a difference. - Assist therapists in various duties as required, such as the application of exercise and treatment theories, preparing equipment and rooms, individual/group treatment sessions, evaluation plans, and goal and discharge planning.

I am currently undertaking sub-contracted work 1.5 days a week. EISS is a Home Service that provides allied health professionals, behaviour specialist, and social skills groups to children and adolescents in outreach settings. Responsibilities include:- Delivering specific therapeutic and program-related activities following the therapy plan set by an Allied Health Professional, most commonly an Occupational Therapist- Support clients achieve their NDIS goals- Write clinical notes and provide feedback to the treating therapist and admin support
