Membership Fundraising Assistant
CurrentProvides programmatic assistance for an integrated direct mail giving program that raises revenue through cost-effective new donor acquisition strategies, appeals, renewals, and other campaigns, both online and offline, that will attract, cultivate, retain, and upgrade National Trust donors in support of overall Annual Giving engagement and revenue goals. Provides day-to-day programmatic support for ongoing direct mail and digital campaigns via consolidating and revising staff comments on copy and design. Routes all materials and secures approvals from project managers to meet strict production schedules. Works with creative and production teams to obtain photographs, resource materials, copyright, and credit information for direct mail programs to meet strict production deadlines. Assists in compiling the Annual Giving department’s reporting to ensure accurate and timely revenue and expense tracking. Works closely with the Data and Operations team to provide accurate and current data. Obtains regular benchmark reports from all vendors on fundraising programs for senior staff to ensure programs are on course to meet fundraising goals. Continually hones skills related to rapidly changing technology and communications best practices.
